This will be the our 3rd year for the NY All State Games. This will be the first year for the Upstate event.  Our first event will be Aug 1st Upstate NY event at Saratoga Springs Softball Complex.  Our 2nd event will be Long Island, NY on Aug 8th 2026    

This celebration of softball and the best and brightest players and teammates in NY is much more than just on-field games. Off-field entertainment is also being lined up for the events and may should include contests, a DJ and other festival-like features. We will have skills challenges and a home run derby. 

There will be ONE home run derby for each location which will take place Saturday afternoon with a limited number of participants.   You will need to sign up for the home run derby prior to the event on a first come first serve basis.   The home run derby will be limited number of participants and there will be a separate registration for that.

The games will showcase players nominated throughout the 2026 season, who were rostered in USSSA qualifiers. Players will be nominated for displaying great overall effort and tournament performance throughout the season and great sportsmanship. To be eligible, players must be rostered on USSSA teams and play in an event.   Teams earn how many players they can nominate by their placement in USSSA qualifiers.   If you win a USSSA tournament you can nominate 6 of your players.  2nd place gets to nominate 5, 3rd place nominated 4 players, etc.   All teams can nominate 2 players for participating in a USSSA qualifier.  If your team does not play in a USSSA event we will consider player applications to help fill out team rosters if needed.   With that said, your team must have tried to participate but the event/s were either rained out or failed for lack of participation (  ie a 10u tournament was canceled because only 2 teams entered ).  For player applications please email [email protected].

Nominations from the Fall 2025 Events will be sent to sent out in December.     

Players will be placed on balanced teams with other players from other teams that represent the state or Region.  Each team will play two exhibition games against teams from the same age group.  There are no elimination games. We will try to separate you from the players on your travel team roster.   This will ensure you get to meet other players from different teams and form new friendships.  

New York USSSA ALL – STATE GAMES EVENT INFORMATION:

• Games could start as early as 9 am with a check-in starting at 7:45 am
• Roster batting is mandatory.
• Catchers bring their own catching gear.
• All game balls will be provided.
• All Players wear your current teams Jersey to the field.  You will pick up your game jersey before the start of your games. There are separate lines for each age group
• All Players please wear your travel team pants and socks.  No need to buy an additional pair.
• Games will be 80 minutes in length. Once the time has expired, we will finish the batter. No score will be kept.
• This event was created to be a fun, non-competitive showcase of players participating with other players from other teams. Poor sportsmanship of any kind will NOT be tolerated.
• All players that have been nominated at each All-State Showcase event will be posted on the results page at www.usssa.com as the All-Tournament Team
• 4 to 8 teams per age group will be made with 10-13 kids per team.  Space will be first come first serve so don’t wait to register once nominated. We cannot take more than 300 total kids
  • Ages & Divisions:
    • 10u  – 4 teams max 
    • 12u  – 8 teams max
    • 14u – 8 teams max
    • 16u/18u combined age group  – 4 teams max

• Teams and schedules will be announced about a week before the event begins.
• Refund policy:   No refunds will be given after July 13th. This includes if you player gets injured or sick. Full refunds minus a processing fee will be provided prior to July 1st.
• Players who are selected and participate in the New York USSSA All – State Showcase will also be eligible to participate in the USSSA National All – State Games in Viera, FL.  next winter of 2026.  You must participate in the NY event to be eligible, no exceptions.  

PARTICIPATING PLAYERS IN All STATE GAMES RECEIVE:

• New York USSSA All-State Ring.
• All-State Jersey.
• 1 New York USSSA Cinch Up Backpack
• 1 All State Bag Tag
• 1 NY All State Event Pin
• 2 Exhibition Games
• Coached by a Travel or College Coach/player.

Entry fee to participate: $175 paid before July 12th.  

Players must be nominated in order to register. Registration closes Sunday, July 12, 2026.  After that time we will send out send out individual invites based on team needs.   If the 10u team needs another catcher etc.  

ALL STATE GAMES COACHING STAFF:

Coaching staff will be made up of Travel/College Coaches and/or former players from the surrounding Region. Teams can not request a coach.

Itinerary:

• Check-in will begin at 7:45am
• Check-in includes picking up your All-State uniform & swag bag, meeting up with your team to start warm-ups. Please show at least 1 hour before your scheduled 1st game
• Games begin at 9:00am
• Each team will play 2 games.  Games will have an 80 minute time limit , finish the batter after time limit expires/   Some teams play back to back, some teams have a game break
• There will be fun games, music and things to do when you are not playing your games.   Practice your cliché’s incase you get interviewed by one of our roaming reporters
• Home Run Derby to start approximately 12pm and ends at 1:15pm
• Games resume at 1:30pm until about 6pm
